Profit and Loss Analysis

Doing a P&L Analysis is our way of helping you figure out how to cut costs and bring in more revenue.

We'll do this by looking at each line in your profit and loss report to determine if there is a more cost effective way to accomplish the same objective without the capital expenditures currently in place. For example, we may be able to negotiate lower advertising rates, a new building lease, or even get your banking fees waived or your monthly phone plan or payroll service shopped for a better rate.

We'll also work with you on finding ways to increase your revenue margins.  We'll explore your prices and compare them to market competitors. We'll help you find ways to offer products or services that compliment your current structure, and teach you how to not only keep the clients you already have, but have them spend more dollars per sale.

An independent P&L analysis should be done by a trained professional at least once every two years.
